1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Maxizone's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Scope
Maxizone provides specialised legal services in employment, regulatory and cross-border law. All advice is tailored to your specific circumstances and subject to applicable Malaysian law and international regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and documentation provided by Maxizone remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials without written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Maxizone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional legal standards and GDPR requirements. Information is processed solely for service delivery and legal compliance.
6. Fees & Payment
Service fees are as quoted in our engagement letter. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Overdue accounts may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for work completed and expenses incurred.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law and disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
